Abstract
ABSTRACT:
The evolution of technology has profoundly transformed talent acquisition, making digital
tools indispensable in modern recruitment strategies. This secondary research paper examines
how organizations utilize social media platforms and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of hiring processes. By reviewing existing
literature, industry reports, and case studies, the paper highlights key trends in digital
recruitment, including the expanding role of social media in attracting diverse talent pools
and strengthening employer branding. Additionally, the use of AI-powered tools such as
automated resume screening, chatbots, and predictive analytics is analyzed for their potential
to reduce hiring time, improve candidate-job fit, and minimize unconscious bias. While these
innovations offer significant advantages, challenges related to data privacy, ethical concerns,
and technological limitations are also discussed. The paper underscores the necessity for HR
professionals to strategically integrate social media and AI-driven recruitment to remain
competitive in attracting top talent. This study contributes to understanding the shifting
landscape of talent acquisition in the digital age and provides insights for organizations
aiming to optimize their recruitment processes through technology.
